- All Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardmembers and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers are eligible for ongoing complimentary access and up to two guests per visit at no extra charge. Additional guests can be accommodated for an exclusive fee. Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary cardmembers are eligible to reserve their visit to the PHX Sapphire Lounge by Club
